The primary purpose of the Mentor-Mentee Program is to foster meaningful relationships that support career exploration, professional development, and growth within the neuroscience community.

​

Through this program, mentees are paired with experienced mentors based on shared interests and career goals. These one-on-one connections provide personalized guidance and support in areas such as career exploration (academic, clinical, and industry), identifying research opportunities, strengthening application materials, and developing networking and communication skills.
